2.4.6 was made available for general release this week, for both Magento Open Source & Adobe Commerce.
The release is a typical one, in that it contains hundreds of fixes across the board, as well as security enhancements. The full details of the release can be found here.
Of note, support for PHP 8.2 has been added as well as 8.1. As a reminder, as of the 2.4.4 release PHP 7.4 is not supported. You will likely need to involve your hosting provider to help to provision the appropriate environment for testing and development as part of this change.
The release continues to emphasise the importance of security, the need for timely patches being applied, and a number of good practice security measures such as changing your admin URL, using a VPN and enforcing Two-Factor Authentication.
