Background

Doorfit approached us looking to grow their online sales for Architectural Ironmongery. We helped migrate them from Magento 1 to Magento 2 and the Hyvä Theme for a quicker, more efficient website. This also involved the implementation of a B2B website and an integrations with Microsoft Business Central.

Hyvä Theme Development

Doorfit benefitted from Magento Development on a new theme as part of their move to Magento Open Source. This Hyvä Theme project provided them with lightning-fast loading and responsive pages to help support the growth of selling their Architectural Ironmongery online.

Retail and Trade Site Creation

We created a separate trade site for Doofit that enabled customers to quickly make business purchases on account. This worked using Magento Open Sources’ Customer Groups and Catalogue Price Rules. In addition, we created extended Magento with customer and order attributes to synchronise data with Microsoft Business Control.

Integration with Microsoft Business Central

We integrated Magento with Microsoft Business central, including stock, list prices, lead times and additional core product information. Orders are therefore downloaded and mapped to each customer’s account in Business Central itself. Our middleware then enables order fulfilment, passing tracking numbers and couriers back from Business Central and into Magento.
