Additionally, account approval mechanisms were put in place to ensure that only qualified podiatrists could purchase the specialised products. Reconciliation lists were also integrated, offering streamlined account management.
The client’s D2C website, Simply Feet, features configurable products,ensuring customers could select specialist footwear in the size and colour they desire, ready for purchase.
For marketing opportunities, Simply Feet integrates with Dotmailer. This enables the client to leverage advanced segmentation and automation features, providing a more personalised and engaging experience for their customers.
