BACKGROUND

Webbs electricals is an omnichannel appliance retailer that is part of the Euronics group with a reputation for amazing service that goes back over half a decade. We were asked to develop a new logo and website design that worked across mobiles, tablets and desktops and made the considered and often inconvenient purchase of appliances a far easier experience for their customers.

We included a number of custom features for the site including a dynamic labelling solution to highlight warranties, the brand of the appliance, energy ratings and staff picks. We also developed an intelligent banner promotion engine to remind customer, at key places along their purchase funnel, that Webbs was an authorised reseller of huge brands such as Hotpoint, Samsung and Bosch. We also improved response times through our hosting solutions and performance optimisations, greatly improving the engagement and sales of the site.
