Whisper Pumps was looking not only to move to the latest version of Magento Open Source, but also to speed up their site with the Hyvä Theme. Hyvä enables lightning-fast loading and responsive pages, improving page speed scores and SEO off the back of quicker turnaround times for development work. We also included B2B features, such as recently viewed products, an option to call for further enquiries, and postcode lookups, improving the customer journey.

We built grouped product pages that display technical information about the pumps to visitors. By developing comparison tables, we’ve helped Whisper Pumps display product-specific information such as voltage, dimensions, and key price comparisons.

We integrated ElasticSuite.io with Magento Open Source and Hyvä to improve site search accuracy. Customers can now use this ‘eCommerce Searchandising Toolbox’ to provide search recommendations, handle misspellings and zero search results.

Product pages now provide journeys to product enquiry forms. These are triggered by “Need help choosing?” messages on pages for more complex products, enabling customers to directly contact the Whisper Pumps sales teams.

To help Whisper Pumps demonstrate its expertise, we set up a Hyvä-compatible blog solution. This enables the display of technical blogs across their site, including dates, excerpts, 'read more' displays and more. Now, prospective customers can find their blogs in search results, improving the SEO of Whisper Pumps’ website.

We integrated the Whisper Pumps website with Feefo to provide easy access to client reviews. Now, prospective customers can view service reviews through a pop-out on the website, viewing dates, star ratings and likes from other users. This helps gather and display verified reviews, boosting reputation and sales performance.
